✈️ General Admission & Ticket Terms

-All sales final – tickets are non-refundable.
-Event held rain or shine – performances may be delayed, modified, or canceled/rescheduled due to weather or safety. A rain date of August 16, 2026 is scheduled if weather is insufficient on August 15, 2026. Please watch your e-mail and our socials for further communication in regard to this.
-Schedule subject to change – performers, times, and acts may vary without notice.
-Re-entry policy – you may leave and re-enter, however you will need to receive a wristband upon leaving, and still be wearing that wristband to re-enter.

🛡️ Safety & Liability
-Attend at your own risk – air shows involve loud noise, low-flying aircraft, and inherent risks.
-Hearing protection recommended**, especially for children.
-Follow all instructions from event staff, security, and emergency personnel.
-Restricted areas – entering unauthorized zones (like flight lines) is prohibited. Violation of this is grounds for removal from the show without refund.
-No liability for injury or damage.

🚫 Prohibited Items
Commonly banned items include:
-Weapons of any kind
-Drones or UAVs
-Alcohol
-Large umbrellas, tents, or structures
-Coolers
-Fireworks or explosives
-Laser pointers

📸 Media & Recording
-By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use.
Personal photography is allowed, but:
-No commercial use without permission
-Some areas may restrict photography

🐾 Pets & Accessibility
-Pets are not allowed (except service animals).
-ADA accommodations are provided (accessible seating, parking, restrooms).

🚗 Parking & Transportation
-Onsite parking is available.
-Should weather cause the onsite parking to be insufficient, parking may be off-site with shuttle service.
-Organizers are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.
-Follow traffic control and parking staff directions.

🍔 Vendors & Conduct
-Outside food/drink is not allowed.
-Vendors operate independently; organizers aren’t responsible for transactions.
-Disruptive behavior (intoxication, disorderly conduct) can result in removal without refund.

Event may pause or evacuate for:
-Severe weather
-Security concerns
-Emergencies
-Follow announcements and evacuation procedures immediately.

🎟️ Ticket Sales & Purchase Protection
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless explicitly stated otherwise.

However, attendees are given the option at checkout to add “Purchase Protection”, an optional service that may provide reimbursement under qualifying circumstances.

Purchase Protection is an optional refund service provided by Purchase Protection, LLC. It allows eligible attendees to receive
100% reimbursement of event fees, taxes, and dues if they are unable to attend due to certain unforeseen, qualified circumstances.
